This is GREAT for anyone who wants to have their macronutrient (protein, carb, fat) and fiber totals laid out for them in an easy to follow plan.
With as much bad information as there is out there, it can be hard to know the truth in regards to proper nutrition.
The process: Once you sign up for the consultation below you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire will provide us with a bunch of information about your goals, dieting experience, training experience, competition plans, etc.
After you fill the questionnaire out, please send it back to us and we will analyze it to develop a program to fit your specific needs. We will equip you with all the tools for success, all you will have to do is follow the nutritional guidelines according to the plan laid out!
Included with this consultation:
- Full nutritional assessment and set up.
- Daily caloric intake goal(s).
- Most importantly – Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat and Fiber totals to hit per day.
- Specific Training Day, Rest Day and Re-Feed Day (if needed) macro guidelines.
- Sample meal plan outlining the macro guidelines (if desired).
- Supplement recommendations based on your goal.
- Cardio prescription (if necessary)
