If this is your first time here, welcome to Hunt Fitness! My name is Kyle Hunt.
As you will find out, fitness is a huge passion of mine, and I love sharing it with others.
Who is Kyle Hunt Fitness?
I am an author, podcast host, trainer, powerlifter, and the founder of Hunt Fitness, a popular online fitness coaching business I started in 2010. I live in South Carolina with my wife, three children, and three cats.
Through Hunt Fitness, I specialize in building custom workout and nutrition programs individually designed for each client. I have a roster filled with competitive powerlifters, wrestlers, physique athletes, and general population clients looking to perform at their best.
In addition to multiple certifications and over twelve years of coaching experience, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Fredonia State University.
I am also the host of the Absolute Strength Podcast.
How can I help you?
I have been fascinated by strength for a long time. It all started in my sixth-grade gym class. I was a tiny kid, easily one of the smallest guys in my grade. Having never worked out or lifted weights before, I didn’t know what to expect when I found out we were spending the next few weeks in the weight room. Thinking back, I was probably a little nervous. Little did I know those next few weeks would greatly impact the rest of my life.
My first exposure to lifting weights and getting stronger sparked a fire inside me that continued throughout the rest of my teenage years. I really started taking my training seriously when I made the varsity wrestling team as an eighth-grader. Being the smallest kid on the team, I knew lifting weights and getting stronger was my “cheat code”. Throughout high school, I became obsessed with not just the act of lifting weights but learning everything I could about the topic. When the time came, I knew I wanted to make this part of my career. I wanted to help others get the same feeling I had. Eventually, I went to college, earned a degree in Exercise Science, and started my fitness company, Hunt Fitness. As they say, the rest is history.

Hunt Fitness now consists of a team of clients from all over the world. To me, this is NOT about the money or the recognition. I’m here to help you get results, period—every book, article, video, newsletter, podcast, etc. I put out is meant to help improve your life.
Above all, I’m a coach. I aim to help you get from point A to point B in the most time-efficient way possible.
This is not your average fitness website.
You won’t find any shortcuts or “tricks”.
I am not here to try and sell any quick fixes.
This website is all about educating you on how to get results.
