Look, let's be real. We all want to be super strong and look jacked as hell. The problem is, it's easier said than done. The key is finding the perfect balance of heavy strength work and combining it with enough volume to facilitate muscle growth.
Luckily for you, I have been perfecting this balance for the last 10 years. I have successfully used this style of training with myself and many of the thousands of clients I have worked with, and now it's available to you!
Don't wait, start Absolute Progress today!
It all started in the spring of 2017. My training partner and I were coming off from running the original Absolute Strength program. We both made amazing gains, but I wanted to switch gears a little bit. I planned on taking 2017 off from competing in powerlifting, so I wanted to spend the rest of the year focusing on my physique.
The problem was, despite my desire to build muscle, I didn't want to lose any strength! In fact, I actually wanted to continue gaining strength. So, I needed to create a program that incorporated enough intensity (heavy weight) on the powerlifting movements to gain strength, but also enough volume (sets/reps) to build muscle. This is how the Absolute Progress Program was born!
The results actually blew me away! I ran the Absolute Progress Program that entire summer and into the fall. My physique was looking the best it ever had!
It all came together in early November. I flew down to Miami on vacation and wanted to get a workout in. As soon as I walked off the plane, I found the nearest gym along the Fort Lauderdale strip. I planned on only doing a quick "pump" workout before hitting the streets, but, the weights were feeling so light I had to do more! You know the feeling!
So, I ended up going for an all time bench PR of 425lbs on a rusty ass bench weighing 160 pounds! See what happened below...spoiler alert, I crushed it!
While working with Kyle I've lost 30 lbs and 7 inches off of my waist, while still improving my strength in every exercise. The thing I enjoyed most about this experience is that we moved at a steady pace, so I never felt burned out or unmotivated. We continued to see progress week after week and made adjustments only when he saw necessary, which always worked out great. Kyle definitely knows what he is doing!
I contacted Kyle to get me in shape for my first powerlifting meet and let’s just say he did an awesome job. When I started I was 181 pounds and we made the push to get me in the 165lb weight class. On meet day, I weighed in at 162 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. Before I started I was only bench pressing 245lbs and by meet day 20 pounds lighter, I was able to bench 280lbs! I would have never thought I could be stronger 20 pounds lighter but Kyle made it happen from nutrition to training everything was spot on. He definitely knows his stuff!
3 New PRs!
Ever since following Kyle on YouTube and social media my interest for powerlifting grew. I realized Kyle knew his stuff from videos and clients that backed up his word. I decided to get on a program to hit some PR'S. He set everything up perfect for me to progress each week and I made a 60lb increase in my squat, 20 pound increase in my bench, and 40 pound increase in my deadlift. All that just in 8 weeks!
Q: How many days per week is this program?
A: You can run the Absolute Progress program anywhere from 3 to 6 days per week.
Q: What are the biggest differences between Absolute Progress and Absolute Strength V2.0?
A: The Biggest differences are - Absolute Progress is more upper body focused, has more exercise selection, doesn't have a peak component so you can run it back to back, and last but not least, I use a different periodization model.
Q: Is this program for beginners, intermediates, or advanced trainees?
A: This program is not really for beginners.
Q: Can women run this program?
A: Yes, this program can be run by men and women.
Q: Can I run this program on a fat loss diet?
A: Yes, actually this program would be perfect to help you maintain strength when dieting. There is a lot of autoregulation so you will be able to adjust the intensity as needed. Of course, the best gains in strength and size will come in conjunction with a caloric surplus (or at least maintenance intake).
Q: What do I do if I have questions after purchasing the program?
A: Just send me an email at KyleHuntFitness@gmail.com, I would be happy to help you!
