As you will find out, fitness is a huge passion of mine and it’s something I love sharing with others.
Above all else, I’m a coach. I help people get from point A to point B in the best and most time-efficient way possible.
A lot of people come to the site and they don’t know where to start. This “Start Here” page will help you quickly get acclimated to everything we have going on.
Step # 1 – Sign Up For The Newsletter (Free Stuff)
First, I ask you to sign up for the newsletter. This is where 90% of my BEST stuff goes. I literally write mini-articles every week and only make it available to newsletter subscribers. If you are not signed up for the newsletter you are missing out on a lot of quality information!
