A customized training program designed for you and your goals, is a great alternative to in the gym personal training. It doesn’t matter if you work out in a large commercial gym or your basement, we will create a program that will meet your needs.
This is GREAT for anyone who wants to have their training program completely laid out for them in an easy to follow plan.
The process: Once you sign up for the consultation below you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire will provide us with a bunch of information about your goals, training experience, available equipment, competition plans, etc.
After you fill the questionnaire out, please send it back to us and we will analyze it to develop a program to fit your specific needs. We will equip you with all the tools for success, all you will have to do is follow the training guidelines according to the plan laid out!
Included in the Custom Training Cycle:
- All Inclusive Customized Training Program
- ~12 Week (3 month) Periodized Resistance Training Plan
- Cardiovascular Program to fit your goals
- Detailed Warmup/Cool Down protocol
- Mobility / Soft Tissue Program (Foam Rolling, Lacrosse Ball, etc.)
- PNF, Dynamic and Static stretching routine
- A training journal to keep track of progress
- Ability to ask questions to get clarification on the programming.
- Technique analysis
- Help with attempt selection to conclude the program. (if in meet prep)
