Hit a PR of at least 10 pounds on my big three, definitely recommend this program!
I purchased Kyle's bench press specialization program because my bench has been pretty much stagnant for around a year or so. I have been training seriously for around 3 years, so progress is not as easy as it used to be, especially for bench. By the end of the 10 weeks of this program, I added 20 lbs to my bench, and could not be happier! I first got in touch with Kyle because I wanted a custom meet prep program. However, I tweaked my lower back in the middle of the first half of the program. Unfortunately, I had to drop out of the meet but, Kyle helped me re-evaluate my program while taking care of myself. He customized an upper-body program which would run for about 4 weeks and helped me get a 5lb PR on my competition bench and 15lbs on my touch and go bench. I was completely frustrated with myself because I couldn't compete but with Kyle's coaching, I was able to change my focus on something else while taking care of my lower back. Along with helping me hit some PR's, he helped me realize some weak points on my bench and my squat. What I appreciate more during my time being coached by him is the patience he had and helping me regain focus on my goals.
I've run Kyle's Squat Specialization program (which added 20lbs to my back squat) and his Absolute Strength template prior to entering my first PL meet and both are top notch. However, after my competition I wanted a change of pace while I transitioned to off-season. After a couple emails back and forth Kyle set me up with a custom 12 week program. Through the whole process he was friendly, receptive, and above all - professional. The best part though was finishing up week 12 having added another 15lbs across the Big 3 lifts! Not to mention everyone commenting on "have you gotten bigger, brah?!" Despite staying the same bodyweight. Highly recommend!
I've worked with Kyle Hunt of Hunt Fitness for the past year and a half and the progress I've made has been incredible. Not only did he help me drop from 230 pounds to a meet weight of 177, but I ended up hitting my highest total to date at 1510 lbs (177 lbs BW) as a natural raw powerlifter.Thanks to his programing knowledge, combined with the accountability he requires from his athletes, we were able to push me beyond what I thought was even possible. To say I have learned a lot under his coaching would definitely be an understatement! I recommend his services to anyone who wants to make a big transformation, compete as an elite level powerlifter, or really any athlete that wants to take their abilities to the next level.

I have had the privilege of working with Kyle for the last 3 months and I have to say,it is amazing how dedicated Kyle is to providing a quality program.If you are willing to put in the work in the gym then Kyle has the ability to really dial in your macros and training to exactly where they need to be. I would highly suggest anyone even considering a training or strength coach to contact Kyle immediately. I absolutely could not have gotten the results I did if it weren’t for Hunt Fitness.
Kyle was such a pleasure to work with. He is so knowledgeable and is always willing to answer every question I had. Definitely enjoyed the 4 month macro plan I did with him and I am excited to take what I have learned and continue building a great body.
